Its only a tiny water pump but its got an enormous flow

Turns out the bilge pump in the swamp cooler isn't designed to operate for hours at a time :) and it has failed.

I wont need to immerse the motor so its got a good chance of surviving. Also I wont be running it constantly or flat-out. The flow rate is massive its a 12V 480W motor.

Here is my offering which I will be finishing with a water tight capsule fore the motor  and some fiberglass around the base to make it strong as.

It draws too much current not a sensible option after all
