Good Heat Distribution

Setup Exhaust from bathroom and living room. Boost fans at 70%, fresh outside air input. It was a cold snap sub zero by 10pm and even with the system in open loop we get very good distribution and no condensation. 8pm 29-09-2020 10pm 29-09-2020 Nicer styled dashboard now deployed

Heat Exchanger Final Location

See  https://greenwayerv.blogspot.com/2020/10/we-added-60-litre-plenum-on-vent-side.html

Office Vent

The office duct is 8 meters long with a single booster fan 3 M from the vent before the insulated sound deadening duct section.

Living Room Vents

Living room vents installed. Took around 4 hours including cleanup In the loft. The ducts are determining the location of the ERV core for me I think.

The Diffusers

We are using ducts and diffusers from Bunnings. They come with 3 meters of insulated duct and a Y junction NZ$104 each

The Vents Valves and Ducts

The ERV core, source selector valve and exhaust damper valve The Duct We will re-use the vent in the bathroom ad add an additional exhaust vent in the living room. This gives us two air circuits that can be independently controlled, for when the living room door is shut. Furry User Case The cat is in the living room overnight with the door closed and may use the litter so we would want some air exchange in this room while sleeping and keeping the bedrooms fresh.
